Your data rights

Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Cyprus Processing of Personal Data Law of 2018 (Law 125(I)/2018), you have eight rights over the personal data we process. Most can be exercised inside the product in seconds. Below is a plain-English checklist.
Right of access (Art. 15)
You can ask for a copy of all personal data we hold about you. Use the in-product Export button — it generates a JSON file immediately. For machine-unfriendly cases, email privacy@frontberg.com and we'll respond within 30 days.

Inaccurate? Edit your profile, or email privacy@frontberg.com for fields you cannot self-edit (e.g. legacy email).

Also called the 'right to be forgotten'. Delete your account in-product — you'll get a 30-day grace period to change your mind, after which everything is permanently purged.

Pause processing while a dispute is open. Contact privacy@frontberg.com — we'll mark your account 'restricted' so we keep your data but stop processing it.
Right to data portability (Art. 20)
Take your data with you in a structured, machine-readable format. The export endpoint returns JSON.

AlphaFlow / Brain Tech generates market commentary but does not make automated decisions with legal effect about you. If we ever do, you have the right to human review.
Right to lodge a complaint
If you're unhappy with how we handle your data you can complain to your local supervisory authority. In Cyprus: the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection (dataprotection.gov.cy).
