1 · Summary
Frontberg is a trading terminal that runs on Brain Tech's AlphaFlow causal engine. These Terms govern your use of the Frontberg website, terminal, APIs, and all related services (collectively, the "Service").
2 · Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a binding contract to use Frontberg. By signing in you confirm you meet these conditions and that you are using the Service for a lawful purpose.
3 · Accounts
You are responsible for your credentials and any activity performed with your account. Notify us immediately of any suspected compromise. We may suspend accounts that breach these Terms, attempt abuse, or threaten the integrity of the Service.
4 · Subscriptions & Billing
Paid tiers renew monthly unless cancelled. Prices are shown exclusive of VAT where applicable. You may cancel at any time via your account settings. Refunds are issued at our sole discretion and generally only for unused service time.
5 · No Investment Advice
Frontberg surfaces market data, causal analysis, and AlphaFlow outputs for informational purposes only. Nothing in the Service is investment advice, a solicitation, or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security. You alone are responsible for your trading decisions and their outcomes.
6 · Data Sources
Market data, news feeds, and third-party signals are provided by our licensors. We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but cannot guarantee completeness, timeliness, or fitness for any specific purpose.
7 · Intellectual Property
Frontberg, AlphaFlow, Brain Tech, their logos, designs, and the user interface are our property. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service in accordance with these Terms. You may not scrape, redistribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service without written permission.
8 · Acceptable Use
You will not: (a) use the Service to break laws or market regulations, (b) probe or disrupt our infrastructure, (c) resell access without a licence, (d) use automated means beyond documented APIs, or (e) upload content that infringes third-party rights.
9 · Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination your access ends, but provisions that by nature should survive (IP, liability, governing law) will continue to apply.
10 · Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
11 · Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising from the Service is capped at the total fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or trading losses.
12 · Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced via the Service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
